This wonderful house is situated on the outskirts of the quiet village Schoondijke not far from Breskens. Within walking distance amongst others: baker, Attent-super market, butcher, cafeteria, bar, restaurant and ATM. Even during high season you can still enjoy peace and expanse of the landscape of Zeeland. Belgian cities like Bruges, Knokke, Ghent) are situated nearby. The city of Bruges offers wonderful old buildings, interesting museums and many, many shops. Walking, cycling, to the beach, culture, nature, culinary delights, that’s what West Zeeland Flanders offers! The municipality of Sluis, to which West Zeeland Flanders belongs, has been voted several times as ‘cleanest beaches of the Netherlands’. The beaches aren’t only clean, but also very safe!. The holiday house is situated nearby the beaches of Cadzand, Nieuwvliet, Groede en Breskens (8-10 km)

The house was renovated completely in 2010 and offers all possible facilities. The bright, open living room has a high ceiling with two light windows. Through a step you will reach the spacious dining room with view of the back garden. Comfortable kitchen with all necessary equipment and a cosy breakfast bar. All rooms are situated on the ground floor and have a wooden floor. Three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has bunk beds and a single bed. The house is suitable for max. 7 persons and a baby or small child as eight person. (highchair and camping bed available) Separate toilet and separate bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Around the house you will find a spacious, fenced off garden with various terraces and some apple and pear trees. Through a large sliding French door at the back of the house you will reach a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun. If you would like to enjoy your breakfast in the sun, you can use the terrace at the side of the house, which has a cosy picnic table. You can enjoy the sunset on the loveseat which is situated on the small terrace behind the garden house, at the water De Tragel. The garden offers various playground equipment for the children.
