The villa

This beautiful villa is only 250m away from the beach. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can be booked for max. 12 persons. The luxurious, but cozy interior makes you feel good instantly. Also, this villa is appropriate for handicapped people. There is even an elevator in this spacious villa. For children, this home is perfect. There is a children's playroom with an IKEA kitchen, wooden trains, puppets, etc. In the garden they can use the trampoline the swing and slide.


The area

There is plenty to do in the area of this villa. You can walk to the beach in only a couple of minutes or you can visit other very interesting cities at the sea: Middelkerke, Nieuwpoort and Knokke are nearby. There is a special tram that takes you to all these cities. The tram leaves at only 200 meters away from the villa. The children can go to Plopsaland in 'De Panne', an experience to never forget. In De Panne you can enjoy a well deserved vacation. The beach, fine restaurants, McDonalds and the city center with its many souvenir shops provide the ultimate holiday feeling. Or go for a drink at one of the many bars in town!

Cheap travel along the Belgian coast: the coastal tram from Knokke to De Panne

Since the late 19th century you can take the coastal tram along the coast of Belgium. From the tram you have a beautiful view over the coast and the many villages along the coast. Traveling with this tram is a great way to explore the Belgian coast. A day ticket costs only about five euro. With this ticket you can travel from Knokke-Heistand all along the coast up to the Dutch border.  This is a distance of 67 km and thus the tram with the longest route in the world. With a day ticket you can get on and get off anywhere. Every 15 minutes a new tram arrives so you do not have to wait long.
