We offer a NEW, fantastic ****HOLIDAY HOUSE as holiday accommodation (42m2) for 2 persons in the municipality of Sluis.
We rent two, new, detached holiday houses, on our former farm in Eede, nearby Sluis and the coast of Zeeland Flanders. The houses can be rent separately and together. In the largest house, min. 10 persons can eat and spend their time together. Eede is a sleepy village, perfect to spend your holiday. Are you looking for culture? You should definitely visit Bruges and Gent (18 km). If you want to go to the beach, you can visit Knokke (fashionable, many wonderful shops and art galleries, 15 km) or Cadzand, Groede, Nieuwvliet etc. Besides, there are plenty of nice villages with museums and other places of interest. There are many marked footpaths and cycle routes. 10 bikes are available (free of charge).
The holiday house is situated on the ground floor, has a luxurious and cosy interior, free wifi-internet, underfloor heating and a marmoleum flooring. There are various terraces with lounge sets, enabling you to enjoy either sun or shadow.
Lay-out smaller house (42m2 - 2p): Two bedrooms with screens, with 2 luxurious Boxspring beds, sitting area with TV and blue-ray player, open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob and combination oven, bathroom with large walk-in shower with rain shower, double washbasin, separate toilet. Terrace with lounge set and dining table. Pets are allowed, in consultation. Smoking is not allowed! Outside you will find a large sports field with playground equipment and plenty of parking places. Included in the price: Energy, cleaning, wood, sauna, child’s bed, highchair, towels, bed linen and bikes. At arrival, your beds have been made!
