Are you looking for an atmospheric HOLIDAY HOUSE for 6-7 persons in South Holland (nearby Duinrell)? You have come to the right address!

The mansion, which dates from the thirties, is situated in the village centre of Wassenaar. It is situated within walking distance of the Langstraat which offers wonderful shops and terraces and above all Luciano’s ice-cream parlour for absolutely delicious Italian ice! Around the corner you will find a pizzeria, a supermarket and a bike shop where you can rent bikes, bike seats or…..a tandem bicycle. Do you love amusement parks? Amusement park Duinrell is situated within walking distance.
Nearby (3km) you will find "Wassenaarseslag", the beach of Wassenaar with wonderful beach tents. Village and beach are separated by a wonderful dune area (ca. 2400 ha) with cycle route to Katwijk, Noordwijk and Den-Haag/Scheveningen.
The largely unspoilt dune area has a limited access in connection with water collection. Nature lovers, however, will have various possibilities to enter this scenic area. You should definitely visit the scenic areas Staatsbosbeheer Hollands Duin, Berkheide, Meijendel, Vlakte van Waalsdorp, Lentevreugd and Hertekamp.

The well-known ‘country estate route’ is a walking- and cycling route along monuments and country estate of Wassenaar. You will pass the most beautiful country estates such as De Horsten, De Paauw, Backershagen, Park Rust en Vreugd, De Wittenburg, Clingendael/Oosterbeek Bos, Katwijkseweg, Voorlinden and Weteringbos.

The house
The atmospheric house is suitable for max. 6 adults and a baby + toddler.

Ground floor: living room with open kitchen. Kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences such as: Big oven, induction hob, big stainless steel fridge, Senseo coffee-maker and cooker (for making a quick cup of tea).

First floor: Master bedroom with Auping bed, Children’s bedroom with bunk beds, children’s bedroom with child’s bed (camping bed with mattress available if necessary). The toys on the children’s room can be used. Second toilet. Bathroom with bath with separate shower.
Second floor: Small bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with bed with pull-out bed. During your stay, one of the rooms will not be available.

Garden

From the living room you can reach, through folding doors the deep (20 mtr), closed garden with plenty of facilities for your children (swing, trampoline, sandbox and tree house). Beach toys are available. Pets not allowed. Smoking only allowed outside. Prices inclusive of: energy, child’s bed and highchair.
