This former fishing house which dates from circa 1900, has completely been renovated (2010) and can now be rent as FANTASTIC and characteristic HOLIDAY HOUSE (110m2) for 6 persons.

The corner house with own garden is situated just outside the centre of Colijnsplaat, an atmospheric fishing village on the island North-Beveland (Zeeland). The fishing harbour and the village are nearby, just like the Oosterschelde (1km). A fantastic location for water sport enthusiasts! In the surrounding area you can make wonderful bike tours. Also, this location is a wonderful operating base for various nice trips to the medieval Zierikzee, picturesque cities Veere and Middelburg and the famous Delta works. Of course you must definitely visit the North Sea beach!

The atmospheric semi-detached holiday house in Colijnsplaat is suitable for max 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a luxurious bathroom, an open kitchen, central heating and an atmospheric living room. There is a fenced off garden with paved terrace and a covering for your bikes. The new kitchen is provided with amongst others: Coffee-maker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The living room has TV with cable TV, a DVD-player and a stereo set. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with a double bed (width: 1.40m). On the first floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms: bedroom II has a large double bed and bedroom III has 2 single beds. From the bedrooms you can enjoy the wonderful view of the boats in the harbour. You must bring eiderdowns, towels and linen yourself. Blankets and kitchen linen is available. Included in the price: tourist tax, children’s bed, highchair, games, gas, water and electricity. You can arrange final cleaning; we can also arrange this for you (at payment). Smoking only allowed outside. A small dog is allowed, however not upstairs. In Summer we only rent per week (FR-FR). We wish you a LOVELY holiday!
