In the unexpected beautiful mountain area in South-West Poland (750 km away from Oldenzaal) where you can ski in Winter, you will find this beautiful villa (4 ha own land) in a really fantastic neighborhood. From the house you will have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. In Summer you can make lovely walks straight from the house at the many walking paths in the woody surroundings. The house is 2km away from “the” Polish ski resort Karpacz, close to the Czech border. But also in Summer Karpacz is worth visiting. In this city there are, next to the chair lift which brings you to the highest summits, also two summer toboggan runs. In this tourist city you can also make use of the many cosy restaurants, which offer you delicious meals at low prices. There are also many “mountain huts” where you can have dinner or just a drink. The highest summit of this mountain range is at 1602 meters, nearby Karpacz. In the neighborhood of the villa you will find lovely scenic areas with waterfalls, glacier lakes and freakish mass of rocks. The capital of Czech Republic, Prague, is 150km away which is worth visiting as a day trip.
