You only have to cross the street in order to reach the North Sea beach. The dunes are within walking distance and are perfect for making wonderful cycling- and walking tours. From the living room you can reach the balcony which offers a wonderful view of the boulevard, the beach and the sea. You can enjoy the sun here. The wide beach offers plenty of facilities like pavilions and sailing- and surfing opportunities. The apartment building has an elevator. During your stay you will receive a parking card. In the living room you will find an atmospheric sitting area, a dining table for 4 persons and an open kitchen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Egmond aan Zee used to be a fishing village, but has become a tourist attraction from the beginning of the previous century. You can both observe both elements in the scene. The village has many atmospheric terraces, bars, restaurants and shops. You should definitely visit Alkmaar. It offers museums, monuments, terraces, shops and of course the famous cheese market (only during the summer months). In Egmond aan de Hoef you will find the ruins of the Egmond Castle. You can visit it.
