HIGH SEASON Saturday-Saturday RENTAL. This atmospheric holiday house, suitable for 4 persons, is located in the wonderful village Groet in North Holland. This holiday house is provided with double windows and central heating. The house has laminate floors, a wonderful fenced-off and sheltered garden, with table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise longues. The accommodation has an open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas burner with 4 rings, microwave, coffee-maker, plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans. The sitting area is provided with TV with cable connection, a DVD/RADIO/CD-player. The living room is provided with a comfortable lounge suite and a dining table with 4 chairs. If desired, we can supply a highchair. Through folding doors you can reach the garden. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds. All beds provided with good mattresses and eiderdowns. A child’s bed is available as well. You can park 1 car on the parking place in front of the accommodation; there is a shed for your bikes. ! The village Groet belongs to the municipality Bergen. An atmospheric village where you can enjoy wonderful terraces. You can make wonderful cycling- and walking tours. The accommodation is a perfect point of departure for trips to amongst others Hoorn, Alkmaar and the Zaanstreek. Schoorl, Groet and Camperduin are situated at on the edge of National Park De Schoorlse Duinen; wide dunes (1800 hectare). This area is characterized by a varied overgrowth, some brooks, many cycling- and walking paths and three high climbing dunes. One of them is situated at the end of the Wagenmakersweg. The buildings in the village Groet are mainly detached houses, built at the end of 1900. In the centre of Schoorl you will find the famous climbing dune. Lovely terraces will enable you to enjoy a drink while you regain your breath after climbing. Colored posts will show you the way through the dunes. You can choose either a long or a short route to sea, or even to the village centre of Bergen. You can also use your bike to discover the surrounding area.
