This detached, spacious holiday accommodation in Schoorl, suitable for 5 persons, is located on a spacious corner parcel with plenty of privacy on a small villa park. This accommodation offers a wonderful view of dunes and forest and is a perfect point of departure for long cycling- and walking tours through the varied landscape of North Holland. The spacious living room of this wonderful holiday accommodation is provided with a dining- and sitting area, closets, TV, DVD- and CD-player, stereo and free internet connection. The accommodation has a comfortable and child-friendly design with stair gate, child’s bed, baby chair, toilet reducer, baby bath and children’s picnic table. On request we can place a pen. The kitchen is complete and fitted with all modern conveniences like: dishwasher and Senseo coffee-maker. The modern bathroom is on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the bedrooms, a second toilet and a washbasin. This holiday accommodation (date of construction 2006) is located at the coast, against the dunes, nearby Schoorl (1km) and Bergen (3km), which has an indoor swimming pool, and the beach (4km) and the Central Station of Alkmaar (6km). The two terraces are completely fenced off, so that children can play safe and quiet. There is a spacious shed with two bikes and a go-kart with trailer for the kids. Where on earth can you find beach, sea and dunes on one spot, combined with wonderful old forests? Where can you walk and cycle through the unspoilt nature and vary with enjoying terraces, sunbathing and fun shopping? Where can you find both rest and bustle and impressive art and culture that nearby? Modern holidaymakers wish variation and that’s what this place offers: the former fishing village Egmond with beach, terraces and shops; the artistic village Bergen with art and culture and a wonderful beach and Schoorl which offers a quiet beach and wonderful forests and dunes. At Schoorl, you can only reach the North Sea beach by bike, while Hargen and Campeduin have parking facilities and a bus stop. The water sports enthusiast can moor in the harbor of Hargen, near sea and dunes. During the summer months many festivities are organized, like the sail-, surf-, and beach event Hargen on Sail, but also treasure digging for kids.
