This wonderful detached holiday accommodation, suitable for 6 persons, is situated on a small park; forest, dunes and the atmospheric centre of Schoorl are within walking distance. The park has a quiet location and spacious parcels. The spacious garden has two terraces, which will enable you to enjoy rest and space in a wonderful surrounding area at all times. On the ground floor you will find a wonderful L-shaped living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a completely equipped open kitchen. Wonderful warm colours characterize this holiday accommodation. On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom suitable for 4 persons. This floor also has a separate toilet with washbasin. Near Schoorl you will find the highest dunes of the Netherlands. In the centre of Schoorl you will find the famous climbing dune. On one of the atmospheric terrace you can enjoy a drink while you regain your breath after climbing. You can make wonderful walks in the extended woody dune area behind the climbing dune. Colored posts will show you the way through the dunes. You can choose either a long or a short route to sea, or even to the village centre of Bergen. You can also use your bike to discover the surrounding area. Visitors centre Het Zandspoor is definitely worth a visit. It concerns an initiative of the Forestry Commission where you get the chance to be informed about forestry in Schoorl, and about the special flora and fauna of this area. North Holland is a quiet area with much water, extended polder areas and wonderful beaches. There are many wonderful cycle paths which enable you to make great cycle tours. This area offers plenty of variation: you can go shopping in Schagen, Alkmaar, Hoorn or Haarlem or enjoy a dinner in an atmospheric restaurant there. You can make wonderful cycling- and walking tours and you can enjoy sports like playing golf and (kite) surfing.
