This luxury detached holiday home with sauna, whirlpool and bar is located between Eindhoven and Tilburg at a very cozy holiday park in a town called 'Baarschot'. This holiday home is an ideal accommodation for families with small children. This park is located next to the Estate of Utrecht. This Estate is a big nature reserve where you can enjoy nature and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Within 10 minutes you can bike through beautiful lakes and plains where you can see deers and beautiful birds. In the area of Baarschot there are numerous tourist attractions such as Efteling, Safari Beekse Bergen or Indoor Karting Tilburg.

How does the holiday home look like? Via the entrance with toilet one enters the cozy living room with dining area. In the kitchen you will find a very beautiful rustic oak floor. Together with the space and lights, the room gives you a very atmospheric feeling. The dining area is suitable for max 8 people. Next to the dining area there is a classic-modern kitchen with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. At the bar you can enjoy your breakfast in the mornings or a have a drink in the evenings. In the bathroom you find a whirlpool bath, double sink, toilet, shower and floor heating. Next to the bathroom you find a bedroom (12m2) with a double bed. On the second floor you find the other two bedrooms, one of 12m2 with a double bed and one of 30m2 with 4 single beds and a very nice big closet. Also on this floor, you find a separate toilet with hand basin. In the garden you will find a large terrace of 65m2 and much grass where you can lie down in the sun on sunny days. Behind the house there is a shed where the sauna is located. You can make use of this sauna in full privacy.

You can make use of all facilities at the park. The outdoor swimming pool is opened from May till October. There is a small shop, a restaurant, a bar, a tennis court, bicycle rental and playgrounds. In the summer there is recreation team that arranges many activities especially for children.
