Very spacious GROUP ACCOMODATION (25-48 persons) in the middle of a scenic area, at a large lake and surrounded by forests.

A nice operating base for walking and cycling through the nicest spots of Zeeland. The coast, the beach and the dunes are close by. Ideal location for large groups such as: students, diving groups, reunions and/or families who want to go on holiday to Zeeland together. Large cities like Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zierikzee can be reached easily by car of by coach. In the surroundings you will find: Neeltje Jans, Miniature Walcheren, Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede and of course the many tourist markets. A hilly landscape of dunes with sand drifts and valleys. Fringes of the wood and thickets with many birds. Life rustles everywhere: you can study it from the many marked walking routes or from the hide or the watchtower. Swimming in the lake or horsing around on the spacious banks.

The GROUP ACCOMODATION is a former branch of a farm. The centre consists of 2 buildings. The main building contains, on the ground floor, the dining room, the professional kitchen and 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 showers. On the first floor there is a large recreation area. In the second building there are 4 sleeping areas, 4 showers and 2 toilets. All sleeping- places are bunkbeds. On the terrain you can place some tents. On the backside of the parcel you will have view of a large lake in which you can swim. Many diving clubs make use of this lodge for underwater adventures in Zeeland. The lodge is open all year and is suitable for max. 48 persons. There is enough parking space around the accommodation on the terrain. Finally: After your stay the utilities consumption is charged on location (Gas consumption € 0,62 per m³, power consumption € 0,35 per kWh).

You can either clean the accommodation yourself (no cleaning costs in that case) or pay Euro 175 if you don’t want to clean yourself. Pets are allowed, smoking is only allowed downstairs. Fishing in the lake is allowed, under the condition that you have a sport fishing act and fishing permission. You need to bring linen and eiderdowns yourself.
