The house is situated on a wonderful location in the charming hamlet Burghsluis, on the island Schouwen-Duiveland nearby the  Oosterschelde and the marina of Burghsluis. You can make wonderful walking- and cycling tours in the surrounding area. You should definitely visit the Oosterschelde Works, which you can observe from the beach stairs. The beach offers separate spots for private pilots and anglers. The beach also offers facilities for kite surfing, wind surfing, diving, sailing and gliding. The holiday house is situated behind the dunes, on a wonderful, spacious location with large south-facing lawn. Beach and Oosterschelde are situated nearby (50 Mtr). The holiday accommodation dates from ca. 1900 and has been rent as holiday accommodation since ca. 10 years. It is situated in the middle of a lawn, at the back you will have a spacious garden with terrace. The front side is used by the renters of holiday accommodation ZE138. Atmospheric living room with small sitting area and open kitchen with hot plate (2 rings), microwave and refrigerator. Small bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Steep stairs in the living room with access to floor with two single beds.
