This semi-detached holiday accommodation (65m2) for 5 persons with spacious garden (parcel: 368m2) is situated nearby the idyllic marina of Burghsluis.
You will enjoy peace and space here. You can easily cross the dike and reach the Oosterschelde, by bike you can reach the village Burgh Haamstede or the beach in Westenschouwen within 15 minutes. The house is situated on a wonderful location in the charming hamlet Burghsluis, on the island Schouwen-Duiveland nearby the Oosterschelde and the marina of Burghsluis. You can make wonderful walking- and cycling tours in the surrounding area. You should definitely visit the Oosterschelde Works, which you can observe from the beach stairs. The beach offers separate spots for private pilots and anglers. The beach also offers facilities for kite surfing, wind surfing, diving, sailing and gliding. The holiday house is situated behind the dunes, on a wonderful, spacious location with large south-facing lawn. Beach and Oosterschelde are situated nearby (50 Mtr). The wonderful holiday accommodation is situated on a historic spot and dates from ca. 1750. At the front of the house you will find a garden, separated by a little road in front of the house. Behind your part of the lawn summer cottage ZE237 is situated. Atmospheric living room with sitting area and dinette. Through a small passage you reach the separate, plain, kitchen which is fitted with a couple of modern conveniences. From the hall you have access to a bedroom with washbasin and a small shower area. Steep stairs in the living room with access to the floor with double bed and single bed (XL).
