This wonderful, detached, luxurious **** HOLIDAY HOUSE (7p), 120m2 with fenced off garden is situated directly at the attractive Boulevard de Wielingen in the wonderful seaside resort Cadzand-Bad
. In Summer, many tourists visit this village and its shops and wonderful ice-cream parlour. The dunes, only a couple of meters removed from the holiday house, offer lovely walk- and cycle facilities. Cadzand-bad is situated on Zeeland Flanders and is the most southern seaside resort of the Netherlands, close to the Belgian border and the wonderful scenic area het Zwin. The house, in which the apartments are situated, is the last house at the dunes. You can easily reach the picturesque city Bruges (25 km) and tourist city Knokke. Zeeland-Flanders is an attractive region with plenty of restaurants and beach pavilions. It has age-old cities and villages, where culture and tradition go hand in hand. Since a couple of years the beach of Cadzand-bad is declared the cleanest of the Netherlands.
This house is situated in the centre of Cadzand-Bad, near the beach (50m) and is suitable for max. 7 persons. This wonderful house is fitted with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor you will find the wonderful living room with flatscreen TV, DVD and stereo set, a large kitchen-diner with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. Scullery with washing machine. The luxurious bathroom is provided with whirlpool bath, shower and toilet. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (2 spacious ones). Bedroom 1 is provided with twin beds, bedroom 2 has two Boxspring beds which can be used as one double or 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has bunk beds and one single bed. Through the folding doors you will reach the completely fenced off private back garden (± 450 m2). The garden has a large terrace and is equipped with garden furniture. Smoking is not allowed in this house, pets are however allowed ((Euro 7,50 per dog per day). There are two free parking places next to the house. Energy is included in the price.
