Very atmospheric and characteristic HOLIDAY HOUSE (60m2) for 4 persons with wonderful fenced off garden, on very quiet location in Zeeland.

This former bakery (ca. 1904) has been renovated completely. Nowadays, it is used as holiday house. The house is situated on a quit location in the atmospheric village Colijnsplaat on the island Noord-Beveland. Noord-Beveland has a wonderful scenic area and plenty of cycling- and walking routes. On this wonderful spot in the centre of fishing village Colijnsplaat you will settle down completely. The fishing port is situated nearby the house just like the Oosterschelde (150m). This is a perfect location for water sport enthusiasts and a wonderful operating base for various nice trips to the medieval Zierikzee, the picturesque cities Veere and Middelburg and the famous Delta Works. Of course you should definitely visit the North Sea beach during your stay! The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities: Surfing, swimming, riding, diving, walking, cycling etc.

The detached house is very cosy and clean. You will have a private drive and a private, child-friendly and flowery garden. Extra information: the owner lives in the house at the front, on the same parcel.

Ground floor: Parents’ bedroom with double bed and a large linen-cupboard. Fresh bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Through stairs you will reach the first floor with living room with amongst others: sitting area, dinette, plain, open kitchen and sofa bed.
