You will find this FAMILY HOUSE suitable for 14 persons just outside the large places Terneuzen and Hulst on a very cosy holiday-recreation park near the water Zeeland Flanders is characterized by its beautiful nature, you can make a lovely walking- and/or cycle tour (you can rent bikes here) through the polder landscape along the small villages.

Besides the special nature there is a lot more to do and to see in the surroundings of the accommodation. What about walking across the mud flats in Saefthinge, shopping in Bruges or Gent or visiting the historic city Hulst. In various border cities the shops are open 7 days per week.

The villa consists of three luxurious modern bungalows, which are connected, and in this way create a large accommodation for 14 persons. The family house has been furnished beautifully with various high-quality facilities and utilities. Next to a cosy gathering the home also offers privacy opportunities and all the conveniences you may expect from a holiday home. Lay-out: there are 7 bedrooms in the house, 2 persons per bedroom. Part A consist of 3 bedrooms, one double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. Part B consists of 4 bedrooms and bunk beds. There are clean bottom sheets, pillows, pillowcases and eiderdowns for 1 person. You need to bring the eiderdown cover yourself. The living room consists of a cosy collective area with sitting area, TV and a completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). If the weather is nice you can enjoy a barbecue outside on the large terrace with view of the lake. The whole house is on the ground floor and has wide doorposts and no thresholds and therefore specially adapted for handicapped persons. There are two bathrooms with a shower and a washbasin, and two separate toilets. You can park your car close by the villa. If you rent for minimally 1 week you will get an unlimited free access to the Subtropical Swimming Pool, Scheldorado in Terneuzen. You can also make use of the park’s facilities: catering, supermarket, sauna, playgrounds, fish pool filled with trouts and a large children’s farm where the animals may be stroked and cuddled. There are: horses, goats, a donkey, a llama, kangaroos, chickens, ducks, a peacock, various birds and a complete family of sagging paunch swines. Finally: pets are allowed, on request. After your stay the deposit will be repaid to you after deducting the utilities gas consumption € 0,65 per m³, power consumption € 0,40 per kWh. The house can also be rent for 20 persons (see Ze009).
