MIDDELBURG, *WALCHEREN **HOLIDAY HOME IN MIDDELBURG

TOP LOCATION!! This very characteristic and atmospheric HOLIDAY HOME (2 Persons) at the water, is located right in the centre of the fantastic city Middelburg.

The house has a lot of privacy, a quiet location, an own entrance and a beautiful view of the water. The centre of Middelburg is within walking distance. You can enjoy the many restaurants, the nightlife or a nice terrace here. Walcheren is known for the many cycle tracks on which you can make nice cycle- and or walking tours. On most spots, the coastline of Walcheren has beautiful dunes, a wide beach and clean sea water in which you can swim, sail or fish. The sea is only 5 km removed from the house (the nearest beach is beach Dishoek). During the summer months it is crowded but cosy and the beaches are never ‘too full’. You can laze away a day on the beach, eat mussels in Vlissingen, Zierikzee or Goes, which you can reach within 10-15 minutes by car.

Everything you expect from a vacation, can be found here! The holiday home is suitable for max. 2 persons. The ground and upper floor have a wooden floor and central heating is everywhere. Downstairs there is a cosy dining area, an open kitchen with griddle (2 burners), microwave, coffee-maker, refrigerator and (electric) kettle. The NEW shower cabinet (very luxurious), a separate toilet, a bookcase and the spiral staircase (which brings you upstairs) are located next to the kitchen. Upstairs you will find a very spacious area with living room, with lounge suite, on one side. On the other side you will find the luxurious double bed. On request we can also place a single bed here, in addition. You can make use of the large, closed garden in which you can enjoy rest and space. Finally: Smoking is not allowed. Dogs aren’t allowed either. You can rent linen and towels or you can bring them yourselves. Included in the price: Gas, water and Electricity. We wish you a LOVELY holiday!
