OOSTKAPELLE, *WALCHEREN ***GROUP ACCOMODATION IN OOSTKAPELLE

This HOLIDAY HOUSEis located on a quiet location near the Veerse Meer (lake) in Serooskerke (next to Oostkapelle) on the island Walcheren and is suitable for 15 persons (145m2). The accommodation consists of 2 holiday houses under 1 roof, both with separate entrance.

Serooskerke, on the island Walcheren, has a very central location, nearby (5 km) dunes, beach and the Veerse Meer where you can swim, go windsurfing, sail, go water-skiing, fish and make round trips. You can make wonderful trips in the surrounding area: The historic village Veere and the tourist villages Domburg and Zoutelande, the boulevard of Vlissingen with view of the shipping traffic to Antwerp, the Delta works with amusement park Neeltje Jans are located nearby. And what about the pastoral villages the island offers? During a cycle tour you can enjoy the wonderful countryside and the various small attractions you will pass, like mills, cheese farms, farm shops, gardens and so on. You can amuse yourself on the cleanest beaches of the Netherlands, which offer most sun hours of the Netherlands.  There are plenty of facilities on and around the beach. Zeeland offers various, different and therefore unique beaches. There is something for everyone: Natural beaches which offer peace, watersport beaches where sports freaks can amuse themselves or family beaches where the Baywatch keeps an eye on things and where you can enjoy delicious snacks. In short: You will definitely amuse yourself on these beaches! Water, wind and human beings created the islands in Zeeland.

The accommodation consists of a shed in which the two holiday houses are situated. You rent both houses as group accommodation. These accommodations are situated next to each other in the same building. Round the back you can reach the other house.

Lay-out: Both houses have 2 floors and are suitable for max. 15 persons. 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens (1 brand NEW) with equipment. Behind the kitchen of accommodation 9 you will find a shower and a toilet. On the upper floor you will find a toilet and 2 washbasins. In the recreation room with table tennis and table football you will find 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 sink with work top and washbasin. It concerns a common room. The 6p accommodation has a toilet.

There are 7 bedrooms on the first floor (4 in accommodation 9 and 3 in accommodation 6), 4 with a double bed,3 with 2 single beds. Outside you will find a cosy terrace picnic table, trampoline, various animals and a couple of nice spots where you can enjoy the sun. Energy is included in the price. Pets and smoking not allowed. Come to Zeeland and experience the so-called “Zeeland-feeling” yourself!

The 9p accommodation has a spacious living room suitable for 15 persons.
