RENESSE, *SCHOUWEN-DUIVELAND ***GROUP ACCOMODATION IN RENESSE

Are you looking for a nice GROUP ACCOMMODATION? You should then book this very cosy FAMILY-COUNTRYHOUSE for 18-25 persons. This group accommodation, in farm style, has a very central location between seaside resort Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede, Scharendijke and Ellemeet. You will find us at the west coast of Schouwen-Duiveland, near the village Noordwelle, the Grevelingenmeer (lake) and the North sea beach. The Grevelingenmeer (lake) is the recreation spot for swimmers, surfers and other water sport enthusiasts.

The farmhouse is large and consists of a living room with cosy sitting area with hearth, an atmospheric dining room with two robust tables, a separate very complete kitchen with professional catering dishwasher etc. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds and one bedroom has an own bathroom which isn’t modern, however very comfortable with bath. On the ground floor you will also find a second room with washing machine, drier, toilet and a plain shower. There is a very atmospheric playroom in Irish Pub style. From the hall in the middle of the house you can reach the floor which is located at the front of the house. You will find three bedrooms here, one with 3 beds and two bedrooms with each 2 beds. The three bedrooms are provided with a washbasin and linen-cupboards. Through an other – steep stairs in the hall you will reach the attic room which is very popular amongst children with 4-9 beds and next to it a bedroom suitable for 3 persons with own washbasin and view of the through road and the mini children’s farm (peacocks, Shetlanders, ducks, chickens etc.). Next to the house there also is an unique covered terrace. The festoons are already hanging at the ceiling here and, especially in case of bad weather, you will enjoy this terrace a lot. On the surrounded backyard you will find various garden furniture. Pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed.

Linen is included in the price, towels can be rent. After your stay we will refund the deposit, Euro 400, after deducting the utilities-energy according to use: Gas 0,50 Euro and electricity 0,25 Euro per unit, Water: 0,50 Euro p.p.p.n. to you. We wish you a LOVELY holiday!
