This wonderful HOLIDAY HOUSE (120m2),suitable for 6 persons, is situated on a quiet spot near the Veerse Meer (lake) and the North Sea, in the municipality Veere.
Het house is situated just outside the village Serooskerke, on the island Walcheren. Dunes, beach, and the Veerse Meer are nearby (5 km) and offer plenty of opportunities like: Swimming, surfing, sailing, water-skiing, fishing and round trips. You can make wonderful trips in the surrounding area: The centre of Middelburg (7 km), the historical city Veere and the tourist cities Domburg and Zoutelande, the boulevard of Vlissingen with view of the shipping traffic to Antwerp, the Delta works with amusement park Neeltje Jans are nearby. While making a wonderful bike tour you can enjoy the beauty of the country and many small attractions which you will pass like: mills, cheese farms, shops, gardens etc. The beaches in Zeeland are clean and offer most sun hours of the Netherlands. There is something for everyone: Nature beaches which offer plenty of rest, water sport beaches where sports freaks can amuse themselves or family beaches with rescue-team and many pavilions with lovely drinks and snacks.
The detached holiday house with partial fenced off garden (100% privacy) is situated just behind the owner’s house. The house has 2 floors and is suitable for max. 6 persons. Through the entrance you will reach the living room with atmospheric sitting area and dining table. The semi-open kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with double bed, a separate spacious walk-in shower with washbasin, a separate spacious toilet and a room with washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The own private south-facing garden has an atmospheric terrace with lawn and playground equipment for the children. There are various animals on the terrain. You may bring your own horse. Energy is included in the price. You will pay the deposit on location. Pets not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
