This Holiday House (7p) is situated on peninsula Walcheren, at the west coast of the province of Zeeland, has 2 private terraces and offers plenty of privacy.
The neat, semi-detached house is situated next to the owner’s house, just outside the village between Vrouwenpolder and Serooskerke, nearby (3km) the North sea beach and the Veerse Meer (lake). The house is situated at the former N57 which is only used for local traffic. Vrouwenpolder has 1 supermarket and a bakery. Scenic area Oranjezon is situated nearby Vrouwenpolder. The village can be reached through the N57 (Middelburg-Europoort). The village offers various restaurants, such as a Vietnamese, a Pizzeria, a Mexican and a couple of common restaurants. The neighbouring village Serooskerke has a wonderful mill which grinds wheat on windy Saturdays and sells flour etc. It has a restaurant with playground for the children. In this village tourism is very important. The best way to discover this island is by bike, there are many excellent cycle tracks. Riding school: 500 mtr. The largest beach of this peninsula is situated at Vrouwenpolder, you can reach it by bike. You can rent bikes in both villages. From your house you can see the Lange Jan tower in Middelburg and the Veerse Dom tower.
The holiday house (1700) has several terraces and plenty of parking space. The garden is not completely fenced off.
Lay-out ground floor: Plain kitchen with various equipment and dining table, separate toilet and separate bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. Living room with cosy sitting area and dining table with cable TV, Radio and CD-player. Through the living room you can reach the 1st bathroom with single bed and linen cupboard. 3 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor. Rooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed. You must bring your own linen. Bed linen can be rent.
Unfortunately we have a bike shed. Energy, child’s bed and highchair are included in the price. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
