This STUDIO APARTMENT with own terrace and plenty of privacy is situated on the peninsula Walcheren at the west coast of the province of Zeeland. The **studio apartment is situated near a child-friendly mini-farm camping just outside the village, between Vrouwenpolder and Serooskerke, close to the North Sea beach and the Veerse Meer (2,5 km). The owner’s farm is still in operation; unfortunately there are no animals. Vrouwenpolder has 2 supermarkets and a bakery. Near Vrouwenpolder you will find scenic area Oranjezon. You can reach the village through the N57 (Middelburg – Europoort). The village offers various restaurants; some regular ones, but also a pizzeria, a Vietnamese and a Mexican restaurant. The neighboring village Serooskerke has a wonderful mill which grinds wheat on a windy Saturday and which sells flour etc. Here, you will also find a restaurant, with a playground for the children. The best way to discover Walcheren is by bike. There are many wonderful cycle paths. The largest beach is situated near Vrouwenpolder; you can reach it by bike. You can rent bikes in both villages. Riding school: 500 mtr. The children can amuse themselves on the terrain: Swing, sandbox, seesaw, lawn. From the camp site you can see (far away) the tower of Lange Jan in Middelburg and the tower of the Veerse Dom. You can reach the studio apartments by means of public transport, through (line Middelburg-Vlissingen). Lay-out: The plain studio apartment is situated on the ground floor and is provided with floor tiles and (insect) screens. Living room with double bed with two separate mattresses (90x200) cm with 2 *1 p. eiderdowns. Sitting area with TV, radio, CD and DVD, small kitchen with gas appliance (4 rings), refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee-maker. Bathroom (next to living room) with separate shower and toilet. Completely furnished studio apartment. You must bring linen yourself. Bed linen can be rent. Outside: paved terrace with sunshade, garden chairs and chaise longues. You can park your car at the apartment (free of charge). There is no bike shed. Energy is included in the price. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. We wish you a lovely holiday!
