Spacious and completely equipped holiday house with large garden in the historic village Wemeldinge. The lovely and quiet park beach is within walking distance (100m.). You can have a swim here or enjoy the sun at the Oosterschelde, a true Eldorado for water sports enthusiasts and divers. The nearest town is Goes, very attractive for tourists thanks to its cosy shopping centre and its historic values. Cities like Middelburg, Vlissingen, Bergen op Zoom and Antwerp can easily be reached by car, in about 40 minutes. Cycling and walking in the surroundings is a real pleasure! Residential neighborhood “De Oesterbaai” can be reached from 2 sides without barrier. There is a reception and a number of children’s playgrounds. The holiday house is suitable for max. 6 persons and has the following lay-out: The complete house is provided with central heating. The living room has two atmospheric sofas, one armchair and kabel-TV, CD-Radio, DVD, a dining table with 6 chairs and a baby chair. The modern open kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences. There is 1 toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 has bunkbeds, the other two bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 en 160x200). A bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and washing machine. One car is allowed at the house and can be parked in front of the house. The garden has a nice field, two lovely terraces, a sunshade and a garden house. Finally: there are 3 bikes which you may use. Smoking is not allowed and dogs aren’t allowed.
