This newly built spacious group accommodation is situated nearby the Oosterschelde (20 Mtr) and the forest of Wemeldinge (100 Mtr) and offer a wonderful view of the meadows. The village Wemeldinge has various beaches, a marina and several catering facilities. The surrounding area is extremely suitable for cycle tours and walks along the Oosterschelde, orchards and meadows. The cities Kapelle, Goes and Middelburg offer facilities like theatre and cinema, subtropical swimming pool, shopping centres and cosy bars. Nearby the accommodation you will find a 18 hole golf course. You can reach the Oosterschelde through private stairs. In the marina of Wemeldinge you can rent sailing boats with or without captain.

This group accommodation for 56 persons is UNIQUE, LUXURIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL! Smoking is not allowed in the building. The spacious recreation room consists of a dining- and living room for 56 persons. There also is an empty space with pool table. Even if the weather is not so nice, the entire group can stay inside. The completely equipped stainless steel kitchen offers, amongst others: a convection oven, a professional dishwasher, 2 professional cookers with hood, 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers.

Bedrooms: in total there are 14 bedrooms (30m2) for 4 persons, spread over 2 floors with own sanitary fittings (shower, washbasin and toilet). 4 rooms with a box bed with two beds. All other beds are boxspring beds. One room is suitable for disabled persons and has corresponding facilities. In the hall on the ground floor you will find one disabled toilet. At the main entrance near the recreation room you will find toilets (2 lady’s, 2 men’s) which also offers facilities to change the baby.

Part of the group accommodation is a newly built building, in farm style. This building can be used as meeting- and/or training location (ca. 30 persons). This building has separate toilets, kitchen and a terrace at a large pond. It is possible to rent this building. There are plenty of possibilities to hire catering or a cook, if desired. If desired we can, together with you, designa  customized activity program. Outside you will find a wonderful terrace with fire basket and picnic tables.
