KERKWERVE, 20 till 24 person group accommodation

With a group of persons to Zeeland? This spacious and cosy GROUP ACCOMODATION (24 persons) is located near the beach, sea, lake and dunes.

Thanks to the unique location of the accommodation you will have a splendid view of the lands and water gardens everywhere. There are many species of birds here which you can observe perfectly. The beauty of the surroundings and the sound of the wind cause an oasis of peace; a perfect place to recover yourself. This location is suitable for several target groups like: bird spotters, divers, schools, families, friends, trainings, elderly people, backpackers, management and associations; all looking for coziness in one accommodation. You can find us in Kerkwerve in the scenic area plan Tureluur (recently constructed) on the very inviting Schouwen-Duiveland, one of the largest attractions of Zeeland. The cycling-, walking- and riding routes are close by so that you can discover the beautiful surroundings, with the typical villages and nice country roads in various ways. The dune crossing is only 100 meters removed and behind it you will find the nice long sandy beaches. For the 4th time in a row the province of Zeeland has had the cleanest beaches and most sun hours of the Netherlands. Other places of interest in the surroundings are: Miniature Walcheren, Neeltje Jans, the city centres of Vlissingen, Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede and Middelburg and of course the many tourist markets.

The guest wing, on the first floor, has a long corridor with 6 bedrooms which each have a splendid view, a sit-down, a toilet and a bathroom. Lay-out: Room I and II: room for 4 persons (1* double bed and a sofa bed), room II has 2 single beds which share a bathroom (with bath, separate shower and toilet). Room III, IV, V and VI: 4 persons per room with sitting area, toilet, double bed and a sofa bed. Room V and VI have an own small kitchen. The whole group accommodation is clean, finished with wood and has a very cosy character. There is a breakfast room on the ground floor where you can sit and amuse yourself, a large collective kitchen (with coffee-maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, combination oven, freezer and dishwasher) and a toilet.

Outside there is a large garden with amongst others: a teagarden at the back of the parcel with an unique view of the water gardens…There is a spacious parking place for cars. Smoking is allowed, pets are allowed. Linen and towels are available. Can also be rent for 16 persons, see Ze061. This is the ideal holiday to settle down together or to get away from it all.
