KERKWERVE, 4 person holiday home and you can bring your own dog

Rural, atmospheric, detached HOLIDAY HOUSE (70m2), suitable for 4 persons with own garden, situated just outside the village Kerkwerve.

The house is located near the owner’s house on the property of a former farm (not in operation) on the edge of scenic area Tureluur on the island Schouwen-Duivenland (Zeeland). The beauty of this area and the sound of the wind create a haven of piece; you can recover yourself from your daily, stressful life. The island Schouwen-Duiveland is characterized by the presence of water, beach, dunes, forests, scenic areas, polders, historic villages and cities. The North Sea beach, the Brouwersdam, the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingemeer (lake) can easily be reached (5 minutes by car). Golf- and tennis courts are also nearby (10 minutes by car). Scenic area De Schelphoek and forestry Westenschouwen are also nearby and offer many, wonderful cycle/walk paths. For the fourth time in a row, the province of Zeeland has the cleanest beaches and most sun hours of the Netherlands. Other place of interest in our surrounding area are: Miniature Walcheren, Neeltje Jans, the town centre of Vlissingen, Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede and Middelburg and of course the various tourist markets. In short: a perfect starting point for various trips.

The house has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The beds are provided with pillows and eiderdowns. The house has central heating, TV and radio. Also available: coffee-maker, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The holiday house has a fenced off garden (120m2) with covered area for bikes/garden furniture. Gas and electricity are not included in the price and are balanced with the deposit. During the summer months (July/August) energy is included in the price.
