HOLIDAY HOME suitable for 4 persons on a lovely quiet location in Zoutelande within walking distance of the beach.

The cosy and atmospheric detached house is neat and reminds of a forester’s house. This completely modernized holiday home has a top location with respect to forest, beach and the sea, at the foot of the dunes and bordering on a forest parcel. The cosy seaside resort Zoutelande is located on the most southern island of Zeeland, the very attractive Walcheren. There are many walking-, cycling- and riding routes in the neighborhood which will enable you to discover the beautiful surroundings, with the typical villages and nice country roads. You can really enjoy yourself at the coast of Walcheren. Beautiful clean beaches and waving dunes make this piece of Zeeland extremely popular for our guests. For the 4th time in a row the province of Zeeland has had the cleanest beaches and most sun hours of the Netherlands. Swimming safely, finding shells, catching shrimps, building sand castles: Great for the children! In the village Zoutelande you will further find: various shops, restaurants, terraces and bars. Trips in our surroundings: Miniature Walcheren, Neeltje Jans, town centre of Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Goes and Middelburg, which can easily be reached by car of coach and of course the many tourist markets.

The house is suitable for max. 4 persons. Outside you can use the large garden, and sit on the lovely terrace. The lay-out is completely new (photos of the interior will follow). The whole house has a wooden floor and the house has a living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (broom l with a double bed and room ll with a bunk bed), shower and toilet. Next to the house there also is a shed for bikes, barbecue etc. Animals and smoking are not allowed. You can park your car near to the house. Both beds are provided with eiderdowns (for 1 person each) and pillows. You must bring linen yourself. We wish you a LOVELY holiday!
