Our wonderful, neat STUDIO APARTMENT (35m2) suitable for 2 persons is situated just outside the village Zoutelande. The studio has a wonderful, large garden and offers a wonderful view of the dunes. It is located on an unique spot, since you can enjoy a wonderful view. Beach, shops, terraces, village are nearby. The picturesque village Zoutelande is situated in the South-west of Walcheren, behind Europe’s highest dunes. When you walk over the highest dunes, sometimes over 50mtr, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the rest of Walcheren. Besides this wonderful surrounding area, this seaside resort also offers wonderful, south-facing sandy beaches (this area has, by far, most sun hours of the Netherlands!). Zouteland is often called, together with the beach of Dishoek and Westkapelle, the Rivièra of Zeeland, named after the famous South French coast, since you won’t find many other south-facing beaches in the Netherlands. The studio is situated in the shed of a converted farmhouse. It consists of a living room (25m2) with 2 single beds (Boxspring mattresses) and a small kitchen with hot plate (2 rings) and refrigerator. Further, a separate shower, washbasin and toilet. The studio is completely on the ground floor. It has a wonderful, large garden with spacious terrace. The children can amuse themselves on the large lawn. Also, there is a meadow with sheep and chickens. The house is located near the holiday house for 4 persons (code Ze 178). Included in the price: bike shed, energy, children’s bed, highchair, kitchen linen, towels and bed linen. Pets not allowed. Smoking not allowed. We wish you a LOVELY holiday!.
