Within walking distance of the dunes and the forest lies this cozy cottage, suitable for five people and a baby / toddler. The shops and nice restaurants are close by and with the bike you in five minutes to the North Sea beach. This cottage has a cozy living room with wooden floors, except where a nice sitting area with TV also a dining table for five people there. The kitchen is functional with microwave, large refrigerator, five burner gas stove and electric oven. On the ground floor is a bedroom to find with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. A staircase in the hall you reach the first floor where you find two rooms: one bedroom has a single bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. On this floor is also a cot available. The garden has a charming terrace, where in summer you can use the barbecue. The kids can play in the grass where a playhouse and a trampoline is fun. This holiday is behind the house of the owner, but the large garden you have enough privacy. A lovely house near the dunes, the forest and the beach! Greet is an excellent starting point for trips to Alkmaar for example, where every Friday you can enjoy the cheese market, a cruise can make the canals, museums and extensive shopping. Schoorl, Greet and Camperduin lie like a ribbon along the edge of the National Park: the Schoorl dunes, broad dunes with an area of 1800 hectares. The area is characterized by varied vegetation, a few dune streams, kilometers of bike and walking paths and three high climbing dunes. On its east is a typically Dutch polder landscape visible. Where the dunes stops, starts Hondsbossche seawall at the foot of the bird Wells. The buildings of the village is characterized by detached houses, mostly villas built in the early 1900's. The different centers have all shopping facilities and restaurants. At ± 15 km away Schagen, where every Thursday the West Frisian market and where you can shop extensively. At ± 35 km, we find where the Den Helder Navy museum is housed, and of course the adventurous Fort Kijkduin where some of the subterranean aquarium is decorated like beech. You can also visit a VOC ship.
