In Aardenburg you will find: a baker, a supermarket, restaurants, terraces, an outdoor swimming pool etc. Besides, Aardenburg is known as cultural city. It offers an Archaeological Museum, the poetry route and the frog path. In Summer local artist exhibit on special places. The beach (Cadzand) is only 15 minutes removed from the apartment. You can look for shark’s teeth on the cleanest beach of the Netherlands, or go for a walk through scenic area ‘t Zwin. 5 km removed from the house you will find Sluis, a lively city with many restaurants (amongst others the well-known restaurants Oud Sluis and Trinite) and shops which are open 7 days per week. The wonderful surrounding area of Zeeland Flanders offers many walking- and riding routes. Cycling maps are available, since you can make wonderful bike tours over the island Zeeland Flanders. You can also laze away the day on the beach, eat mussels in Ghent or Antwerp (can be reached in 20 minutes) or enjoy a cold beer on one of the many terraces of Bruges or Knokke.
