This central place offers plenty of possibilities. The wonderful, rural surrounding area is very suitable for walking- or cycling tours; we can offer many walking- and cycling routes. The historic centre of fortified city Hulst is only 10 minutes removed from the house. Hulst has a small, cosy centre. You can go shopping here, enjoy a drink on a terrace or a nice diner in one of the restaurants. The guides can show you around and take you for a surprising town walk with various themes. The local Tourist Office can give you more information about it. Axel is only 10 minutes removed from the house. Around Axel there are many sports facilities such as: 18-holes golf course, outdoor swimming pool, glide terrain, riding schools and tennis courts. The indoor ski run can be reached by car (15 minutes). Axel has one of the highest water towers of the Netherlands (height: 60m). You can visit and mount it so that you can enjoy the wonderful view of Axel and its surrounding area. The view of the golf court is breathtaking! Because of the fact that the house is located near the Belgian border, this place is a perfect operating base to discover interesting cities in Belgium. Antwerp is only 30 minutes removed and wonderful cities like Bruges, Ghent and Knokke can easily be reached.

It concerns a detached holiday house, completely located on the ground floor, with a cosy and atmospheric design. A large high shed is connected to the house. There is one bedroom with 2 single beds, a modern bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, satellite-tv, DVD- and CD-player and a kitchen with a refrigerator, a gas burner with two rings, coffee-maker and electric kettle, and a microwave. You will have your own terrace with garden furniture and a very nice, atmospheric front garden. You can park your car on the parking place at the house and we can put up your bikes safely for you.
