This very characteristic detached HOLIDAY VILLA in farm style dates from 1773 and has been turned into a true holiday paradise for 8 adults and 1 or 2 babies/toddlers. It is located near to the beach and the centre of Kamperland.
This unique location, both at the Veerse meer (lake), the Oosterschelde and at the North sea, offers plenty of opportunities for water (sport) fun! Wide beaches, grand polder landscape and plenty of water create a wonderful relaxing holiday! You should enjoy it to the full! You can cycle through the wonderful polder landscape or enjoy a wonderful sunny day under the lee of a dip. The Banjaard beach is the second cleanest beach of the Netherlands. The Veerse meer is surrounded by wonderful shores and scenic areas. Picturesque harbors. A water sport paradise for surfers, canoe enthusiasts, sailors, water-skiers and fishermen. You can moor for a picnic or barbecue on one of the deserted islands. It is a wonderful place for children as well, thanks to its friendly calm character and its light sloping bottoms without flow.
The holiday house is fitted with all modern conveniences and has preserved its traditional character. A perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Zeeland! The house has a very atmospheric, modern living room 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3bedrooms on the first floor: 2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. A completely equipped baby’s bedroom is also available on the ground floor. The spacious kitchen-diner still has its traditional character but is fitted with all modern conveniences such as: dishwasher, oven, combination oven. It contains a large dining table. The bathroom (first floor) has a bath and a separate shower cabinet. The scullery, on the ground floor, also has a shower cabinet. The washing machine and dryer complete the house.
Do you wish to bring your horse? This is possible as well! The large garden is a true added value, is wonderful, has several terraces, a wonderful view and offers plenty of privacy. Energy is not included in the price. Pets and smoking not allowed.
