This very atmospheric and comfortable HOLIDAY HOUSE, suitable for 8 persons, is located at a quiet road just outside Koudekerke on Walcheren, only 2 km removed from the beach! Water life is varied, country life is rich. You can taste the fascinating history and culture everywhere. In monumental cities, picturesque villages, surprising museums, nice attractions, events and……in the local dishes, which are not to be sneezed at! The village square in Koudekerke is a wonderful example of an oval church square and offers all kinds of things which belong to such a square: a village petrol pump, stocks, and a bandstand.

The house has an own drive with parking place for 2-3 cars. The ground floor has a large living room and next to it a dining room (or playroom). The open kitchen has a hot plate, a dishwasher and a combination oven. The spacious living room has a hearth which enables you to sit around the fire together during the winter months. In the scullery you will find an extra fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms with boxspring beds, except for the bunkbeds. 3 bedrooms have two single beds which can be separated or pushed together and one room has bunkbeds. The bathroom is luxurious and modern, has 2 washbasins and a separate shower. The house is surrounded by the adjacent garden centre, which creates a spacious, sheltered, fenced off patio garden. It is a wonderful garden with a front and back terrace, a trampoline and a sandbox. The house’s front offers a wonderful view of the countryside between Koudekerke and Vlissingen. You can watch the wonderful sunsets in clear weathers, but you can also get a breath of fresh air in winter and in autumn. Energy is included in the price. Dogs and smoking not allowed. Ideal for (large) families.
