This semi-detached bungalow for 5 persons is located on a quiet family park St Pierre in Nieuwvliet-Bad (Zeeland Flanders) and is extremely suitable for families with young children or elderly people who want to get away and want to enjoy rest, space, beach and sea. Nieuwvliet has the nicest and widest sandy beaches of the coast of Zeeland Flanders. The surrounding areas are ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists and riders. The park is located at the foot of the dunes and has a play ground, tennis courts, a bakery, bike rental, riding school, fitness center and a small souvenir shop. There also is a hotel with bowling- and skittle alleys, a restaurant with terrace and indoor swimming pool. From Nieuwvliet you can easily reach Cadzand, Oostburg and Breskens by car or by bike (ca. 7 km). The Belgian seaside resort Knokke (15 minutes by car) is close by, just as Bruges and Gent (25 minutes by car).

The bungalows are suitable for max. 5 persons and are in a good condition. Lay-out: entrance, bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet, living room with sitting area and TV (cable), stereo, dinette, open kitchen with gas cooker with 4 rings, cooker hood, refrigerator with freezing compartment and coffee-maker. Also available: microwave, oven-grill, washing machine, centrifuge, baby chair, child’s bed (box) and a radio-cassette-player. Through the winding stairs you will reach the upper floor which has two bedrooms and a landing. There is 1 double bed on one bedroom, and two single beds on the other. Bunk beds is available on the landing. Through the glass sliding doors in the living room you will reach the sunny terrace and fenced garden with a lot of privacy and covered garage. You will have an own parking place in front of the door. Pets are allowed, Euro 10 (Euro 10 extra cleaning costs per week), only on request and a deposit of Euro 100 per reservation is charged.
