Our atmospheric HOLIDAY HOUSE (269m2) for 10 persons is situated in the centre of the wonderful villages Groede, Zeeland Flanders. 

This striking house has a unique, quiet location on the outskirts of the village. Seeland Flanders is known for its wonderful walking and cycling paths. You can make wonderful walking and cycling tours. Belgium is situated nearby; characteristic cities like Ghent, Bruges, Knokke and Antwerp can easily be reached by car within one hour and are definitely worth a visit. The coastline of Zeeland Flanders offers wonderful dunes, wide beaches and clean seawater in which you can swim, fish and sail. The sea is situated nearby (2.5 km). In Summer there are many tourists; the beaches are however never “too crowded”. In and around Groede many things are organized for both young and old. You can make wonderful cycling tours over the island Seeland Flanders, you can laze away the day on the beach, eat mussels in Breskens or Sluis (10 minutes by car) or enjoy a cold beer on one of the many terraces of Nieuwvliet or Cadzand. Various restaurants are situated nearby. We offer information concerning the surrounding area and the events which are organized!

This house is suitable for max. 10 persons and has a large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with large cooking ring (gas), dishwasher and combination oven. Living room with fireplace. 5 bedrooms, 3 with 2 single beds, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds. Large playroom. Bathroom with double washbasin, shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and bath. In total 2 showers and 2 toilets. Separate room with washing machine and dryer. Large garden (100m2) with garden furniture. At the back this garden borders on meadows. There is a possibility to put up your bikes. Free internet.  Included in the price: energy, child’s bed and highchair. You can park your car on the terrain next to the holiday house.
