Axel has one of the highest water towers of the Netherlands (60m) which can be visited, climbed and which offers a wonderful view! As the apartment is situated nearby the Belgian border it offers a perfect operating base to visit interesting Belgian cities like Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges.

Nearby the accommodation (10 minutes) you will find the historic centre of the fortified town Hulst. Hulst has a small, cosy centre with lovely terraces and restaurants.
