The atmospheric and cosy house (1906) is the former house of the minister of Zoutelande and has a spacious (400m2) garden with various terraces. Situated on top location, nearby beach, centre and sea. The cosy seaside resort Zoutelande is situated on the most southern island, Walcheren, which is one of Zeeland’s main attractions. Thanks to the fantastic walking-, cycling-, en riding routes you can explore the wonderful surroundings, with wonderful characteristic villages and beautiful country roads in various ways. For the 4^th time  consecutive time, Zeeland has the cleanest beaches and most sun hours of the Netherlands. Swimming safely, searching shells, building sandcastles: Fantastic for your children! The village Zoutelande offers various shops, restaurants, terraces and bars. Other places of interest in the surrounding area are: the remarkable Delta Works, Miniature Walcheren, Neetlje Jans, the cosy city centre of Vlissingen, Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee and of course the various tourist markets

The wonderful holiday house is suitable for max. 4 persons and is completely situated on the ground floor.

Lay-out: Entrance, living room with TV and free internet. Spacious kitchen with dining table. Separate shower and separate toilet. Two bedrooms: room 1 has a double bed (width 1.40m ) and room 2 has bunk beds. Free rear access. You can park your bikes behind the fence (no shed available). Quiet, beautiful garden with 2 terraces, 100% privacy. Pets and smoking not allowed. You can park 2 cars nearby the house.The beds have mattress covers and flannel for your arrival with a clean sheet. There are pillows and a duvet for each bed-present. Duvet (140x200) and pillowcases, you have to bring. Towels and tea towels are not standard.. Energy included in the price.
