Luxury wellness villa for 4 persons on a holiday park in Arcen, Limburg.
At Resort Arcen, every path leads to fun, relaxation or tranquility. The spacious, modern and child-friendly park has been designed from A to Z to offer you a top holiday. With an indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there is more fun. How about the sandy beach, the petting zoo, the restaurant with panoramic terrace, a recreation team and the mini golf course? You will definitely have a wonderful time here from recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets.
Layout
This villa has a spacious living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen with built-in appliances has a refrigerator including freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo, dishwasher and a combination microwave. There are two bedrooms with a total of four single box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms has an extra television. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a toilet. There is a traditional sauna with infrared lamps and a separate relaxation area. There is a hot tub in the garden which can be used until 8 p.m. in winter and until 9 p.m. in summer. The house has a separate toilet, storage room and washing machine and dryer. A golf cart is available to you free of charge during your stay. There is parking for one car at the villa
All villas have free WiFi as standard. The gardens are equipped with garden furniture. The villas have parking for one car. The furnishings/layout of the villas may differ.

Detached One home does not have the above characteristics. This house (no. 278) does not have a (bubble) bath or separate relaxation area. The sauna is located at the back of a separate room outside, in addition there is a cold tub (outside) and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- The service package consists the final cleaning service, a towel package and a bottle of Prosecco.
- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The indoor pool is closed due to repair and rehabilitation work Until 12 January 2024. Untill 18 December 2023 and after 22 December 2023 you can swim at Park Klein Vink in Arcen ( located 5 km away). Adults also get one free ticket per stay per person for the thermal bath during this period.

Location and surroundings
Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

Half uur voor tijd aangekomen vanwege slechte weer op tijd weg, ondanks lage bezetting en huis al klaar niet eerder de sleutel. Zelfs 5 minuten van te voren deden ze nog moeilijk.
Wel positief de Whirlpool service op woensdag extra en direct een HDMI kabel voor dvd speler.
