A large garden, plenty of privacy! If you comes in this House will surprise you. It is tastefully finished and furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts and luxury. The House has a large driveway and large garden with playground for children. A covered terrace completes it. This magnificent group accommodation is ideal for a holiday with friends or family.
Ground floor: Hall, living room with cosy stove with 2 modern seating areas around it. A 12-14 double dining area. Large flat screen and dvd and an audio system. Possibility for wireless internet. Large modern kitchen with gas hob with oven, cooler-combination filter and Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen through a garden door to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Hallway with toilet and sink, seperate shower room. Bathroom with toilet and shower (wheelchair suitable), 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The beds are already made for you upon arrival.
first floor: 4 double bedrooms with 2 double beds. Separate toilet. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and toilet. There is parkings space for five cars at the accommodation.
Rates include energy costs and kitchen linen and excluding the mandatory costs: bed and bath linen, deposit and cleaning fee.

Location and surroundings
In North Brabant, close to the Belgian border lies the town of Valkenswaard. Forests, nature and silence: these are just a few terms that characterize this nature-rich area. The Brabant Kempen has much more to offer besides impressive nature. The charming villages in the area offer plenty of cozy pubs, terraces and restaurants. There are also many historical discoveries to be made in the many museums in the area, for example in Postel, Achel or Lommel. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit cozy Eindhoven where you can also enjoy many restaurants and museums. For a magical day out, go to the Efteling in Kaatsheuvel, with its many beautiful fairy tales and attractions.
