Atmospheric, spacious and above all luxurious group accommodation located in the Achterhoek, in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands! This group accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 16 people. The house is spacious and entirely on the ground floor, making it very suitable for disabled people. The entire accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning! A nice bonus if you want to rent this accommodation in the summer.

This group accommodation is created by linking two beautiful eight-person apartments. Each apartment has an attractive living room and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, gas stove with wok burner, refrigerator and extractor hood. The spacious living room has a dining area and a sitting area with color TV and satellite dish.

For groups it is possible to create a dining area in one apartment and a seating area in the other apartment, but you will have to go outside a few meters to get from one apartment to the other. The beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating and the cozy gas fireplace make your stay in this group accommodation very comfortable.

There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and play equipment for children. The terrace is adjacent to the living room and can be reached via sliding doors.

There are three bedrooms per apartment, each with two excellent single box-spring beds. The living room has an excellent sofa bed for two people, but additional stretch beds can also be added in the bedroom if desired. There is a sink with hot/cold water in two bedrooms. Each apartment has a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. An extra toilet can be found in the hall. Finally, you have plenty of space around the accommodation for various sporting activities.
