Beautiful 15-person luxury holiday home. Hikers and mountain bikers will enjoy the many hikes and bike rides in the surroundings of Marloie. Marloie is also an excellent base for a trip with your family or friends. Think for example of the caves of Han or the park of Han-sur-Lesse. Nice shops and cosy restaurants can be found in Belvaux. The book village of Redu and the Eurospace centre are also worth a visit. The wooded area around Ambly is perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling, kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground floor:
Modern and cosily furnished living room with a seating area, cable TV and DVD player. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room with enough tables and chairs for the whole company.
Large and fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner cooker, a fridge-freezer, a freezer, a filter coffee machine, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Four double bedrooms with a double bed each. Three bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC.
On the first floor:
Three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, one with bunk beds and a single bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed, cot and high chair.
Outside:
Large enclosed garden with bocce court, a swing and a slide, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

Particularities
- This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.

Location and surroundings
Marloie is a village in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Ardennes. There is plenty to do and see in the area, including caves, castles, fortresses and several museums. The towns of La Roche, where you will find a castle, Spa, with all its water sources, and the beautiful Durbuy are also worth a visit. Discover the rich flora and fauna of the Ardennes and explore the region by bike or by foot via one of the many paths. For sports enthusiasts, there are many more activities, such as mountain biking, kayaking, abseiling or even cross-country skiing. Do you prefer culture? Visit Achouffe Brewery, go to the Han caves or enjoy all the beautiful surrounding places.
