Layout
On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV. Kitchen complete with electric kettle, Senseo coffee-maker, combination oven, dishwasher, stove (4 rings) and cooker. Hall with separate toilet.
Two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom with two single beds and second bedroom with bunk beds (Attention, children’s bunk beds, width: 70cm). On the ground floor you will find the bathroom with shower and washbasin. You can choose between a sauna or whirlpool (enquire about the conditions). Outside you will find a garden (not fenced-off) with furnished terrace. Parking is available at the various parking spaces near your home.

- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.
- From 17 to 21 March 2025, work will be carried out on the Roompot Beach Resort beach. For safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
