The park is located directly on the sea and beach, good for many hours of water fun, but there is also a sub-tropical swimming pool where both young and old will enjoy themselves. And the swimming pool is just one of the facilities, there are also various eateries, playgrounds, mini golf, bowling alleys and theme nights are regularly held during the holiday season. If you want to take it easy, you can always visit the Beauty & Wellness center or get a breath of fresh air during a nice walk. Or would you rather go on long bike rides along the many marked cycle routes which lead you through the beautiful nature and along picturesque villages. Layout
Comfortable chalet with living room with TV. Kitchen complete with a.o. microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee-maker. This chalet has three bedrooms. Two with two single beds (boxspring), one with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside you will find a garden (not fenced-off) with furnished terrace, garden furniture, sunshade. Parking is available at the various parking spaces near the house.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- It is not possible to place an extra cot in the bedroom in this holiday home.
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos.
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed and this holiday home can not be rented for business purposes.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.
- From 17 to 21 March 2025, work will be carried out on the Roompot Beach Resort beach. For safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.

Het echt slechte vindt ik zeker niet Roompot, maar Heerlijke huisjes: spiegelen een ander onderkomen (veel nieuwer) voor dan we kregen. Huisjes zouden met loungebank zijn. Erg misleidend!
