This luxury six-person holiday home is located at "Water Village" in Zeeland. Meet the very first sustainable holiday park Water Village. A wonderful holiday awaits you at this small-scale and car-free park! Friendly to people and nature. Water Village is laid out without a gas connection, but heat pumps provide comfortable warmth and light. All holiday homes are built with sustainable and maintenance-friendly materials. Water Village is a water-rich holiday park. The majority of the luxury and modern holiday homes are on the water. Moreover, Water Village is located on the Oosterschelde with a view of the famous Delta Works, which you should definitely visit during your stay at Water Village. In Zeeland there is plenty to do for young and old: spotting seals during a boat trip, a day trip on Neeltje Jans, windsurfing on Lake Veerse, kite surfing on the Oosterschelde or on the North Sea beach, swimming or walking on the North Sea beach, eating mussels in one of the beautiful beach pavilions etc. etc. Do you want some cultural variety? Then visit the picturesque village of Veere or the historic Zeeland cities of Middelburg and Goes.
Layout
Modernly furnished living room with a dining area and a seating area with smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee cup machine and four-burner stove and a combi microwave. There are three bedrooms with two single box spring beds. One of the bedrooms is located on the open loft and has limited headroom. The loft can be reached via a steep staircase in the living room.There are two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. The lodge is heated by underfloor heating.
The electricity is largely generated by solar panels and the holiday home is heated using a heat pump. Cars can be parked in the park's central car park.

Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- During the booking you will see a mandatory 'Linen' option. This cost item 'Linen' concerns bed linen, kitchen linen and made beds.
- As a guest of Water Village, you can use the facilities of the adjacent Beach Resort.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are welcome to come and swim at swimming pool De Parel on Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
