Koudekerke is a village in the municipality of Veere on the island of Walcheren. The luxurious holiday apartment has a living room with a seating area, smart television, dining area and underfloor heating. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a four-burner stove, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher and kettle.
There are two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds (box spring). There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. There is also central heating, a washing machine and dryer and free internet.
Outside you have two furnished balconies. There is a parking space for one car.

Particularities
- The service costs consist of final cleaning, bed linen including beds made and a kitchen towel package.
- Exterior and interior may differ per holiday residence and may differ from the photos.
- The facilities are closed in the mid-weeks outside the summer season.
- As a guest of Roompot Noordzee Résidence Dishoek, you can use the facilities of holiday park Hof Domburg. You also have free access to Zwembad De Parel. This holiday park is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Hof Domburg will be closed from Monday 4 November 2024 to Monday 11 November 2024. You are welcome to come and swim in the pool at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
