This luxurious six-person villa in La Roche is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The town of La Roche en Ardennes is located in the southernmost and largest province of our neighboring country Belgium, namely Belgian Luxembourg. The wooded area around La Roche is ideal for walking, riding or cycling. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
On the ground floor: living room with a sitting area and TV, dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a Senseo and filter coffee maker. From the living room you reach the garden and the terrace with garden furniture through a patio door. The large fireplace is purely decorative (it cannot be used to make a fire) but gives the living room a unique character. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a double bathroom, on one side with a bath and washbasin and on the other side a shower, washbasin and WC. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.

- If you are booking with a youth group up to 30 years old, there is a double deposit.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.

Location and surroundings
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.
