Cosy 4-person holiday home in Ouddorp, near the beach
This cosy holiday home, with large green garden, is located at the Noordzeepark in Ouddorp. The house is in a very quiet spot, surrounded by greenery and with its lockable garden ideal for people who love peace and quiet and/or have small children. Within a radius of just 100 metres you will find the beach, the dunes and the picturesque village of Ouddorp. Just 3 km away you will find the famous Brouwersdam where you can spot kite surfers or have a nice bite to eat.
Layout
The flat has a cosy, bright living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, Nespresso and fridge. There is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower on the ground floor. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (180x200). The second bedroom has a single bed (90x200) and a queen-size bed. The garden doors in the living room take you to the garden. Here you will always find a spot in the sun or shade. There is a covered terrace with a cosy seating area, a large picnic table and a wood-burning stove for when it gets colder. Even in winter, you can spend a lovely time outside in front of a fire. For culinary guests, there is a large barbecue. Two cars can easily be parked on the property. Free internet access is available.

If your travel party is not a family or relatives, all travel companions must be at least 25 years of age or older. Youth groups are not allowed in this property.

Location and surroundings
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
