This tastefully furnished 6-person holiday home gives you the feeling of really being away from it all. The house is close to the coast, but also breathes 'sun, sea and beach'. In short: this is a wonderful place to stay in - also - a beautiful environment. The holiday home is situated in the middle part of the Noordzeepark. Here you will also find a supermarket, cafeteria/restaurant, tennis court and playground. In combination with the beautiful surroundings, the coast, the nature reserves in the area, the historic villages and this fantastic house, it is an ideal holiday destination.
Layout
On the ground floor you will find the living room, which features a spacious L-shaped seating area with both a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan that provide the necessary extra warmth and coolness. In the hall, you will also find a toilet with a fountain and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, design radiator and washing/drying facilities. From the living room you can reach the front terrace through the sliding doors. And also at the rear of the house is a garden with terrace: from the spacious open kitchen, you only need to open the French doors to reach the beautiful back garden with roof. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso and you will also find a large dining table here. On the ground floor, there is also underfloor heating throughout, great for the colder days.
On the first floor you will find three spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. All rooms also have sufficient cupboard space. On this floor you will also find a luxurious, second bathroom with bath, shower cabin, bathroom furniture, design radiator and second toilet. The bathroom also has underfloor heating.
We would like to highlight the garden a little more: since you can really enjoy yourself here. There is a large dining table and a lounge sofa under the porch. You can also use the barbecue, which is also a garden fireplace. At the front of the holiday home you will find parking space for two cars and in the shed (with electricity) you can store all kinds of things.

Particularities
- Although no dogs are allowed in the accommodation. People with allergies are asked to take into account that the owner of the holiday home does have a dog.
- If your travel party is not a family, all travel companions have to be at least 25 years old or older. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

Location and surroundings
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
