This is a lovely lake for swimming and diving. Across the Grevelingendam, the North Sea beach is less than 200 metres away. Want to go out for a while? Then visit the cosy village of Ouddorp. With its many characteristic houses, the church, restaurants and brasseries, shops and supermarkets, this is definitely worth a visit. This area is also very suitable as a starting point for your cycling or walking route because of the beautiful dune landscapes and beaches.

You enter the flat on the ground floor. Through the hall you enter the spacious living room with sitting area and TV. There is also an open kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, induction hob, large fridge, Nespresso machine and a percolator coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with a second large fridge, freezer and three high chairs. From the living room you can walk onto the balcony, from where you have a beautiful view of the marina. The third and last bedroom has one bunk bed for two persons and one box-spring bed. Finally, on this floor there is another bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
